- Please make sure the splashback does not directly touches a hot surface. Keep a distance to hot surfaces, especially with gas cookers.
- The wallclamps are suitable for glass, acrylic glass and aluminium with a thickness of 4mm.
- Do not overtighten the clamps, as the picture may be damaged. Also, the tension on the glass plate may be too large, thus damaging the splashback.
- For cleaning, use regular available products for glass. Mostly a cloth with warm water will be sufficient. Aviod using materials and agents that can scratch the glass.
- Wall-Art cannot be held responsible when the clamps are used in any other way than described in this manual, or when an other method of mounting is used.
- Clamps set: The set consists of: 4x universal plugs, 4x screws, 1x hex key and 4 x round clamps.
- Distance to the wall: 16 mm.
- Diameter per clamp: 15 mm.
-
Step 1
Measure the distance of the clamps with respect to the mounting on the glass surface, determine and mark 4 points on the wall at your selected height. Drill holes at the 4 marked points and insert a plastic plug in each of the 4 holes.
-
Step 2
Use the Allen Key to loosen the Allen screw. This enables the tip of the clamp to be removed.
-
Step 3
Insert one of the screws in the bottom part of the clamp. See image. Now, mount the clamps on the wall by screwing it into the wall at each of the 4 drilled holes.
-
Step 4
Note: It is best to perform this step with an extra couple of hands. Please insert the top of the clamps into the two lowest clamps, make sure to not tighten the clamp yet as this enables to insert the splashback easier. Insert the splashback and insert the two upper clamp tips. Make sure the clamp tips are inserted properly into the clamps, gently tighten the Allen screws using the supplied Allen Key. Make sure not to overtighten the clamps. Ready! Enjoy your splashback!
