Congratulations with the purchase of your glass- or acrylicglass art. This product has a high quality, long lifetime and vivid colours.
Please do not forget to remove the protective film in case you have bought an acrylic glass print, please check our instruction video >>click here<< on how to do this.
To enjoy your art at best we advise to please follow the next tips and hints:
-
Tip 1
Acrylic Glass has a protective film. This will give a greenish glow on your acrylic glass. Sometimes it also seems to have scratches or other damages, but this is not the case. Please remove the protective film gently.
-
Tip 2
Easily attach the self-adhesive spacers on the backside of your wall art. The spacers are included in your delivery.
-
Tip 3
Do not use a cable/wire/rope to hang your wall decoration. The force on the hanging brackets will be to large, thus creating the chance of damage. Always use the same amount of hanging points on the wall as there are hanging brackets on the wall decoration. Wall-Art can not be held responsible for not following this instruction.
- To avoid damages, avoid contact with hard and/or rough surfaces. The front of the print should be free of scratches. The print is printed on the rear, so avoid contact with sharp or rough items or surfaces at all times.
- Check your type of wall before hanging the print. Please use the right type of plugs and screws for your wall. For plasterboard walls, special plugs can be obtained. The buyer is responsible for a proper hanging with the right screws/plugs. When in doubt, please contact a specialist or a good DIY store. Wall-Art cannot be held responsible for an incorrect method of mounting/hanging.
- It is strictly not allowed to use cables, wires or ropes to hang the print on only 1 wall mounting. Each hanging point on the back of the print is to be used with a hanging point on the wall. When using wire, rope or cable, this will induce a too large force on the mounting points, which will enable them to separate from the glass. Wall-Art cannot be held responsible for any type of damage when not hanging the print properly.
- The front and rear of the should not touch any hard or rough surfaces.
- To clean your glass or acrylic print, use a soft dry cloth or when necessary some handwarm water with some soap (front only). Do not use chemical or aggressive agents to clean your painting.
- Wall-Art cannot be held responsible when the print is used in any other way than described above.
