Application Guide Door Stickers

'WET' INSTRUCTION FOR APPLYING DOORSTICKERS

• MATERIALS NEEDED

  Glass cleaner / Detergent / Plant Spray / Soft dust-free cloth / Marker / Sharp Knife / Squegee (Optional)

• Step 1

  Remove the doorhandle and metal plate from the door. Clean the door thoroughly. The door has to be free of dirt, grease/fat and dust. Make sure the after cleaning no markings and/or stripes are left behind.

• Step 2

  Mix 1 to 3 drops of detergent with one litre of water. Spray the position of the door sticker with this mix using the plant spray.

• Step 3

  Remove the first 20cm of the white backing paper from the door sticker. Position the door sticker on the right location. Make sure you are even with the top end of the door. We advise to keep an overlap on all sides of the door. Gently push the door sticker against the door, wiping away excess water. Slowly pull away the backing paper piece by piece and push the door sticker gently against the door.

• Step 4

  Use your hands or squeegee to remove the water between the sticker and door. Wipe outwards, starting from the center of the sticker. Make sure no air bubbles are formed, make sure all water is removed/wiped away. When ready, let the door sticker dry for at least 1 to 3 hours.

• Step 5

  Carefully cut away excess sticker.

• Step 6

  Another option is to fold the excess sticker towards the edge of the door. Please look carefully at the image on how to do that.

• Step 7

  Make holes for the door handle, carefully. And insert the door handle. Enjoy your door sticker!
