Our wooden decorations are made of MDF (medium density fibreboard).

Please note:
The colouring may vary slightly from plate to plate. The use of a laser may cause slight traces of smoke on the cut edges of the product.
The decorative elements do not stand on their own due to their depth of 3 mm! They can be leaned against something or stuck to the wall. You can also find suitable mounting material in our shop.
The decorative letters may vary in height due to the optical compensation. The size given refers to the entire decoration. (See single image view).
Dimensions: We state the dimensions of our wall decorations in width x height. The sizes are rounded up or down to the nearest centimetre.
The fibreboard is not suitable for outdoor use because it is not water-resistant.
MDF stands for medium density fibreboard, which is made from finely ground wood fibres. The wood fibre boards are mostly produced from local thinned timber and sawmill waste wood. They are manufactured using a special process in which various types of wood are processed into wood fibres and these are bonded using the latest generation of duroplastic resins and pressed into boards under pressure and heat. This gives the material a relatively high strength. The fine surface structure and natural colour make the material ideal for further processing. This means that you can paint, glue, decorate and customise the decorative elements as you wish.
